After a one-and-a-half year period of developing a strategy to take us 2022, the AFS Network met in Ghana for the first global AFS event on African soil. At the end of the Network Meeting, representatives from the 60 national AFS organisations signed the AFS Declaration of Accra, to make public our commitment to deliver impact in three key goals:
- Develop Active Global Citizens
- Empower Schools and Institutions
- Expand Access to Intercultural Education
And to ask others to join the “learn to live together” movement to foster intercultural understanding for a more just and peaceful world.
